An experienced Graphic Designer and Art Director from Wales, UK. I spent 10 years learning my craft in London – working on titles such as The Sunday Times Travel Magazine, Sky Magazine & Sky Sports Magazine to name just a few. In 2015 I took a bold step and moved to Dubai where I joined Gulf News as Art Editor of Supplements.
Promoted To Senior Art Editor of Commercial Publishing soon afterwards, I am now responsible for the day to day design of all Supplements and Contract Publishing titles, branded advertising campaigns and marketing materials including print, digital and social. I regularly work with many prestigious clients such as Emirates, Dubai Duty Free, Dubai Sports Council and UAE Banks Federation. In a fast-paced working environment my strengths lie in delivering quality work on time and remaining calm under pressure. With vast experience and understanding of marketing strategies and objectives, and excellent team leadership and project management skills, I thrive when given the opportunity to create original and visually appealing content.
